Positions

Job description
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Be responsible for delivering and maintaining frameworks, tools and standards to enable consistency in the environment, re-use and time to market of business functions
• Provide leadership and mentoring for other developers and contractors
• Conduct research on emerging software, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Flex
• Must have strong analytical ability to perform a full range of system design and programming responsibilities
• Must have strong technical leadership skills, be self-motivated, pleasantly aggressive, and realistically ambitious, with high personal ethics
• Expertise with Adobe Flex, ActionScript 3, Flex Builder, XML, HTTP, User Interface Design/Information Architecture
• Ability to write reports
• Knowledge of current information concerning programming, operating systems, hardware functions and hardware capabilities
• Must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team, as well as work with confidential material and information
• Knowledge of digital photography, imaging or computer graphics is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Education/Training
• Bachelor's/Engineer’s Degree preferably in Computer Science/IT.
• Technician’s/Diploma’s Degree can be considered.
